In the PenPal program, students in Adaklu are matched with PenPals from different countries. They exchange letters, drawing, and stories, learning about each other's lives. The process builds writing skills, confidence, and global awareness in a simple but powerful way.
The PenPal program is run by Madam Stellah Kudah Dzifa, a dedicated educator and community leader. She works with schools, encourage students participation, and helps organize letter exchanges. Her passion and commitment have made the program a success, bringing new hope to many young learners.
Before the PenPal program, many children in Adaklu struggled with reading and writing in English. They had little exposure to the outside world, and few opportunities to express themselves creatively. This often led to low confidence and limited ambition.

Now, thanks to the program, students are excited to write. They feel proud to share their stories and are eager to learn more about the world. It has improve their literacy boosted their self-esteem, and given them a resason to dream big.
I am also part of the penpal club where my Pal is Alexandria. What I love most about this program is its simplicity with impact-how just a letter can light up my face , open my mind and give me a sense of belonging in a world for beyoung my village
